Let's talk about it – Mental Health Day

In this rapidly changing society, the importance of mental health is becoming increasingly prominent. In order to increase public understanding and concern about mental health issues, we will be hosting a Mental Health Day lecture dedicated to anxiety, panic disorder and depression. The event aims to provide a platform for the general public to learn and communicate, and to help more people understand these common mental health problems and how to effectively cope with and manage these emotional disorders.
Through this lecture, we hope to dispel the misconceptions about mental health issues in society and encourage more people to face up to their mental health and seek necessary help. Whether you are a professional in the field of mental health or a citizen with an interest in mental health, you are welcome to attend this Mental Health Day to raise awareness and understanding of these important topics.
In particular, we invited a distinguished experts to share their knowledge and experience.
